Today, coming down the Western Green boardwalk I saw a bright pink tutu on the beach.  It was Liza Russ from Memphis.  Liza is the daughter of Rachel and Robert Russ.  “She loves everything pink and frilly,” her mom said.  Liza worked hard with her cousin on a sand castle and made a wonderful sand angel.  Liza is the granddaughter of Karen (aka ‘KK’) and Doc Avery, homeowners here in Rosemary Beach.  With tutus on the beach, I feel spring must really be here.
